Terms and Conditions for KCS Distributors
1. Overview of Products and Services
KCS Distributors is a distinguished business in the Vape industry, offering a wide range premium disposable vape products to retailers.
2. Payment and Shipment:
All orders are subject to payment clearance before shipment. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared into our account.
Upon receipt of payment and subject to product availability, we aim to process all orders within one day. Delivery is facilitated through our trusted courier partner, “The Courier Guy”. Please note that courier or postal services and associated costs will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
3. Order Processing Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped out on the same day, provided that payment has cleared by 2:00 PM. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed and shipped out on the following business day.
3. Shipping Policy:
Our standard shipping timeline is 3-5 working days, depending on the delivery address. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and may vary due to external factors outside of KCS Distributors’ control.
4. No Returns or Refunds on Disposable Vapes:
Due to the nature of disposable vapes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products. We encourage our clients to review their orders carefully before finalizing.
5. Faulty Products Policy:
In the event of receiving a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or found leaking in its packaging, KCS Distributors will offer a replacement on the client’s next order. If a direct replacement for the faulty item is not available, we will issue a credit to the client’s account for the value of the affected product.
5a. Cancellation Policy:
In the event that an order is no longer required, the order may be cancelled without fees or charges up until it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped it will no longer be a cancellation but a refund/return and only accepted on a case by case basis with a restocking fee of 15% applied.
6. Customer Privacy policy
KCS Distributors shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be accessed on:

7. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the KCS Distributors bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
8. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for KCS Distributors via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on
the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
9. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by KCS Distributors separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
11. Responsibility
KCS Distributors takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
12. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and KCS Distributors chooses as its domiciliumcitandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 41 Willem Road, Eldoraigne, Centurion.
13. Variation
KCS Distributors may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
